Experienced in developing both governance and assurance, competency management, independent project technical reviews, driving innovation, conceptual and detailed designs, value engineering, minimum viable product, and troubleshooting complex railway systems projects. 

From Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), through feasibility studies, and leading major rail and infrastructure projects as Contractors Engineering Manager and Technical Reviewer. Skilled in producing technical documentation, managing multidisciplinary teams, and developing innovative solutions to meet business and industry needs.
